Laurent Fayollas joined ARDIAN in 2005 for the setting up of the Infrastructure Group and successfully took part in the development of the Infrastructure activity which has since then grown to 15bn€ of asset under management with 33 investments across Europe and Americas. He played a key role in major transactions (Indigo, Luton Airport, Lisea Tours-Bordeaux, Sanef, Kallista, Synerail, Inwit, etc.) of the ARDIAN’s portfolio, and acts as board member of these companies. Prior to joining ARDIAN, Laurent worked at CACIB and Crédit Lyonnais in the Infrastructure advisory and structured finance activities for 15 years.
Laurent Fayollas has over 25 years of experience in the field of infrastructure and has developed an extensive network with major European strategic and financial infrastructure players.
